How does the 14 day free trial work?
Every new account starts with 14 days of full Pro access: AI Briefs, relationship nudges, long voice notes, everything. No charge until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then in your App Store subscription settings. When it ends, you keep whichever plan you picked.
Can I switch between Core and Pro later?
Yes. Subscriptions are managed by Apple, so you can change plans in Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Memglow. Upgrades take effect right away; downgrades take effect at your next renewal date.
How do I cancel?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Memglow → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
What happens to my data if I cancel or downgrade?
Your contacts, memories, and facts stay safely in your account. Nothing is deleted when a subscription lapses; Pro features simply lock until you resubscribe. If you want your data gone, you can delete your account in the app at any time and everything is removed.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, since Memglow can't process refunds directly.
The App Store says I'm subscribed, but the app shows a paywall.
That usually means your Apple ID's subscription is linked to a different Memglow account. There's a step-by-step fix in Support → Subscription & Billing.
Is annual billing available?
Yes. Core is $64.99/year and Pro is $129.99/year, both about 22% less than paying monthly. You can pick monthly or annual when you subscribe.
What currency are prices in?
Prices shown are USD. The App Store automatically shows and bills the equivalent price for your country and handles any applicable tax.
