Most of Memglow looks forward. Who should I reach out to, who's slipping, who am I seeing tomorrow. The relationship digest, new in 1.4, is the one part that looks back. It's a quiet recap of your week, or your month, that answers a different question: how am I actually doing at this?
Three honest sections
The digest opens with a recap of the period: how many memories you captured, how many people they were about, how many facts came out of them, and your current capture streak. It's a small hit of momentum, and on the quiet weeks it says so plainly instead of pretending you did more than you did.
Below that is Cooled off, the part that earns its keep. It's a short rail of the people whose relationship health slipped a band since last time, the ones who moved from Warm toward Cooling or Quiet while you weren't looking. This is the digest doing the noticing so you don't have to.
Then Coming up looks a few days ahead at overdue follow ups and people worth prepping for, so the recap ends by pointing you at something to actually do. It's the section that turns reflection into a next step.
In the app, and in your inbox
The digest lives in the app, always one tap from Settings and recomputed fresh every time you open it. If you'd rather it come to you, turn on the email and the same recap lands in your inbox on schedule. The two toggles are independent, so you can keep the in app view and skip the email, or the reverse, whatever fits how you work.
Weekly or monthly, your call by plan
The rhythm follows your plan. Core gets the digest monthly, a steady once a month look back. Pro gets it weekly, plus the "Coming up" section, for people who want to stay on top of things at a tighter cadence. Either way it costs nothing to run behind the scenes and it never reads the content of your notes to build it, only their timing.
It pairs naturally with relationship health: health tells you where a single relationship stands right now, and the digest zooms out to show you the whole week's drift in one glance. Reach out to the people it surfaces, and next week's digest is a little quieter. That's the point.
